COMMON GROUNDS GROUPS

"Common Grounds" small groups are for adults who seek to meet and discuss God’s word in a more intimate setting. The main focus is to review and discuss the weekly sermon as well as to take the opportunity to learn from each other. While each group is guided by a leader, discussion among members is strongly encouraged. Common Grounds groups are a great way to explore God’s teachings in the intimacy of a smaller fellowship. Groups meet in participants' homes, coffee shops or in area parks at various times throughout the week. Contact the church office for more information.

WOMEN'S MISSIONARY UNION (WMU)

The heart of WMU is missions.  Members of Mountain Grove’s WMU pray for missionaries on their birthdays and lead the church in mission offering initiatives.  They participate actively in missions by visiting senior adults; sending packages to college students; hosting an annual baby shower for the local crisis pregnancy center and collecting items for the Women’s Prison Ministry.  Three small groups meet monthly at various times and locations to learn about missionaries both at home and abroad.   For more information about meeting times and locations, please contact the church office.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Beginning at 9:20 each Sunday morning, adult Sunday School classes are available for young adults, middle adults, pre-seniors women, senior women and senior men.

MEN'S FRATERNITY

The Men's Fraternity meets once each month on Saturday mornings for breakfast, Bible study and a work project at the church.
